Spring Garden College

A number of people have emailed me regarding transcripts.  Evidently, the phone number for ISA has been disconnected.  I have attempted to contact Cathy, but have so far, been unsuccessful.  I am not aware of any other source for these transcripts.  ISA was authorized by the PA Department of Education to issue these transcripts, so contacting them may be an alternative.  If someone get information from the PA Department of Education, please let me know and I’ll share that information.
